XOOM Energy, via its family of companies, provides electricity and natural gas services to businesses and homes in both Canada and the United States. How does XOOM Energy work?
XOOM Energy services the following electricity and natural gas wire services providers in Alberta: ATCO Electric, ENMAX Power Corporation, EPCOR, City of Lethbridge, AltaGas, ATCO Gas and Fortis Alberta. This includes the Rural Electrification Associations of Drayton Valley, Duffield, Mayerthrope, Niton, West Liberty, West Wetaskwin, Armena, Lindale and Stoney Plain.
To switch your energy provider services over to XOOM Energy, all you need to do is contact XOOM Energy – your local utility will remain the same and will continue to deliver energy to your home or business. Switching to XOOM Energy usually takes between 10-30 days.
XOOM Energy Canada plans and services
XOOM Energy plans include both natural gas and electricity services. Fixed and variable plans are offered but may vary by which power company you receive your energy from. Both residences and businesses are able to purchase energy plans.

Electricity and Natural Gas Plans
SteadyLock 24 – This plan has a term of 24 months – the amount paid by customers per month is a flat rate based on their historic usage.
SureLock 24 – This plan has a term of 24 months – customers pay a guaranteed rate each month.
SimpleFlex – This is a variable plan, which means customers pay based on the current market price of electricity or natural gas.
Note that in some plans, there may be early exit fees if you wish to terminate your contract early.

XOOM Energy accepts payments online, via phone or via mail. Customers are able to pay their power bill online or via phone with credit or debit cards. In addition, customers can sign up for recurring payments.
