What is Peace Power?

Founded in Grande Prairie in 2012, Peace Power provides utility services including natural gas, electricity and internet in Northern Alberta, Edmonton and Calgary. They offer their services to residential, commercial and industrial energy customers in these regions.

Peace Power has also partnered with multiple associations such as Grande Prairie & District Chamber of Commerce, Edmonton Chamber of Commerce, and Community Foundation of Northwestern Alberta.

Peace Power plans and services

Peace Power offers variable-rate energy plans for both residential and commercial consumers. There is no sign-up fee, cancellation fee or deposit required for this. However, this is based on a credit check. There is a monthly admin fee of $8 per metered site.

Peace Power’s internet plans are more defined for residential customers. There are no special plans for businesses.

Customers can also choose a bundle option by combining internet, natural gas, and electricity services in a single plan. The bundle package comes with lower monthly administration fees and natural gas transaction rates.

Peace Power bill payments

Customers have an option to sign up online and enroll for the selected plans. To check their online statements, customers need to open an online account on Peace Power’s website.

Peace Power has generally positive reviews on the internet. As of late 2020, the energy retailer has 3.9 stars out of five on Google Reviews. Most consumers seem to be happy with their customer service and affordable energy rates.
