AltaConnect Electricity Plans & Natural Gas Rates
AltaConnect provides both variable/floating and fixed rates for electricity and natural gas. They have bundled plans available and offer electricity and natural gas discounts for bundling Big WiFi Internet, TV, Wifi, or phone through them.
AltaConnect Fixed Electricity Rate Plans
AltaConnect has a single electricity fixed rate plan that consumers can sign up for, which is a 5-year Fixed Rate for Electricity that offers a discount that applies to the first 1,000 kWhs per calendar month. The fixed rate plan also has a $1.00/day Admin Fee.
AltaConnect Fixed Natural Gas Rates
AltaConnect’s fixed natural gas rates are the same stipulations of the Electricity Fixed Rates, as there is a 5-year Fixed Rate option for Natural Gas, with the discount applying to the first 15.00 GJs per month. It also has an Admin Fee of $1/day.
AltaConnect Floating Electricity & Natural Gas Rate
The variable market price (+ Prudential) plus a transaction fee. It changes per month based on what the wholesale market price is, and this can be changed at any time to a 5-year Fixed Rate plan. There are no early exit fees for either Electricity or Natural Gas variable rate plans.

AltaConnect partners with Telus for their internet services. A Telus representative will contact you if you inquire AltaConnect about it during the sign-up screen process.
