  1. Detection technology:  

There are several factors and differences in detection technology you would want to consider when choosing the best smart water leak detector for heavy industry.   

  • For instance, cable or linear sensors are ideal for covering pipelines, installed under raised floors, or covering large areas.   
  • Within the same detection technology, flow or pressure monitoring systems are designed to analyze water usage throughout the entire network to determine any anomalies. Those monitoring systems are especially effective for complex plumbing systems.
