Natural Gas Rate Plans
Connect Energy has two natural gas programs, which are fixed and variable, to create strategies for each company according to their budget and goals.
In the Guaranteed Rate Plan, the consumer chooses to lock in its natural gas price for terms of up to five years. Meanwhile, the rate is fixed, and the program, consequentially, reduces the risk of natural gas price increases due to floating demand.
Another option is the Wholesale Flex Plan, in which the natural gas cost will follow the market and can vary depending on the scenario. However, if the company chooses this plan, it can switch to a Guaranteed Rate Plan whenever it thinks it is worth it.
Connect Energy Control
Used for the HVAC system, the Connect Energy Control is a solution focused on automating the HVAC and its electrical components to improve energy efficiency (up 15% on saving). The control also aims to identify and reduce maintenance issues and manage the facility remotely through real-time data available on their website and mobile app.
